The VirtuBoard (Contraction of Virtual Switchboard)

Which are the features included ?

1) Supervision

At a glance, you know which line is busy and which is not. 

Either on a VOIP physical phone that possesses switchboard keys or by installing our application on your computer.

2) The Virtual Switchboard

It's the computer tool whose features are those of a traditional switchboard.

It allows you to centralize the calls on your computer and interact with the calls just like an operator would. 

By default, a telephone line already includes basic features like call waiting, call transfering or call forwarding, phone conference.

If you already own a physical VOIP phone that integrates switchboard keys, those same features will be active.

With VirtuBoard you do add advanced features, indispensable when you have several lines and users.*

Thanks to the supervision and the virtual switchboard, you totally master your fleet of phone lines, whatever the geographical location of your users, displaying a very professional image with your customers.

Virtual Numbers

A virtual number does not refer to nor works as a traditional telephone landline. It's a number attached to an already existing landline. 

It's purpose is to :

1) Receive incoming calls (not to place outgoing ones)

2) Virtually widen the geographic coverage of your company

By default, your EasyCall subscription always includes a french telephone number as well as one associated to your country. Which by itself, immediately grants you a "presence" in France.

If you have staff members scattered in different areas or countries, add a number per user and highlight your national and/or international presence.

For instance, if you are located in Germany, with a british virtual number, Britons will be able to call you "locally".

This way you considerably increase the chances of getting prospects or requests arriving from another area or country than yours.

When you read the documentation of any phone website, adding a virtual switchboard seems very easy. The truth is, once installed, it’s not a cinch. Luckily the Telintell support was very reactive, everything is working smoothly. That’s perfect.

Often times, phone providers offer Voip phone lines and numbers only. Our question was, how to gather all of these users under the same umbrella ? In other words, was it possible to connect everyone to a single switchboard ? With Telintell the answer was yes. And to this day, we like it.

In the country we live in one has to go through some steps to get a virtual number. As explained to us the local laws require that to happen. That’s fine. However, once the phone line was activated, our geographical coverage suddenly widened. It was worth the while.
